We take the security of QR Barcode Studio and our users seriously. If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please tell us.

How to report

Email support@qrbarcodestudio.com with the subject "Security report". Include the affected page or endpoint, steps to reproduce, and the impact you observed. We aim to acknowledge reports within 5 business days.

Please do

  • Test only against your own account.
  • Stop and report as soon as you can show the problem; do not access, change or delete other people's data.
  • Give us reasonable time to fix the issue before you disclose it publicly.

Please do not

  • Run denial-of-service tests, automated scanners at high volume, spam or social engineering.
  • Test Stripe, Cloudflare, Hostinger or other providers' systems; report those to them directly.

Our promise

If you follow this policy in good faith, we will not take legal action against you for your research, and we will keep you informed while we fix the issue. We do not currently offer paid bounties.
