How to make a QR code with your logo

  1. Choose what it opens

Pick a website, Wi-Fi network, contact card, WhatsApp chat or any other content, then fill in the details.

  2. Add your brand

Upload your logo and set your colors and dot style. The preview updates as you go.

  3. Check the scan test

Every preview is decoded automatically. Green means it reads correctly; if not, raise contrast or shrink the logo.

  4. Download and print

Use SVG for print and PNG for screens. Print at least 2 cm wide, or one tenth of the scanning distance.

Questions people ask

Is this QR code generator really free?

Yes. Black-and-white QR codes and barcodes are free, with a daily download limit. Paid plans add your logo, colors, shapes, larger files and vector formats.

Do the QR codes expire?

No. These are static codes: the content is stored in the code itself, so they keep working forever, even if you cancel your subscription.

Can I add my logo to a QR code?

Yes, with Logo QR or Brand QR. Upload your logo and the tool raises error correction automatically so the code still scans. The scan test confirms it before you download.

Will a colored QR code still scan?

Yes, as long as the code is clearly darker than the background. Aim for a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1. The preview shows your contrast and runs a scan test.

Which barcode do I need for retail products?

Stores and marketplaces use UPC-A (US and Canada) or EAN-13 (everywhere else). The numbers must be licensed from GS1; this tool creates the barcode image from your number.

What size should I print my QR code?

Make it at least one tenth of the scanning distance and never smaller than 2 cm (0.8 in). A poster read from 2 meters needs a code about 20 cm wide.

SVG or PNG: which file should I download?

SVG is a vector file that stays sharp at any size, so it is best for print and designers. PNG works everywhere on screens and in documents.

Can I get a refund?

Payments are non-refundable, which you accept at checkout. You can cancel future renewals at any time from Manage plan, and your codes keep working.
