This Privacy Policy explains how Brisk 24 Energy USA ,LLC ("we") collects and uses personal data when you use QR Barcode Studio at https://qrbarcodestudio.com/. We keep data collection to what the Service needs.
What we collect
- Account data: your email address and a securely hashed password. We never store your password in readable form.
- Usage data: download counts with time, code type and format, your IP address and a random browser identifier, used to enforce daily limits and prevent abuse.
- Payment data: handled by Stripe. We receive your customer ID, subscription status and billing country; we never see or store full card numbers.
- Chat data: messages you send to our AI assistants are processed to answer you. If you agree to join our email list in chat, we store your email, name, company and a short note.
- Content you encode and logos you upload are processed in your browser. We do not receive or store them.
How we use it
To provide and secure the Service, enforce limits, process subscriptions, answer support requests, send service emails (such as password resets and receipts), and, only with your consent, send product updates and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Contract (providing your account and subscription), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, improving the Service), consent (marketing emails, non-essential cookies and personalized ads), and legal obligation (tax and accounting records).
Cookies and advertising

Data may be processed in the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active. Download logs are kept for up to 12 months for limits and security. Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires. Deleted accounts are erased except where law requires us to keep records.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR or California's CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. Security
